Owen Solomon represented an international racing team in connection with the lease of its headquarters at the Silverstone Circuit in the United Kingdom.

Drew Pauly and Damon Thayer — after obtaining a complete victory before the California Court of Appeal (Second Appellate District) reversing in its entirety a trial court decision prohibiting the completion of construction by their client, a national retailer, of its project based on the trial court’s incorrect application of the California Environmental Quality Act — convinced the California Supreme Court to deny the opposing parties’ petition for review and allowed the long-delayed project to be completed (the firm was hired after the project had already been pending for eight years).

Richard Miller represented a media and technology company that partners with public figures and brands to create, build and operate direct-to-consumer multi-media apps which integrate music, video, live streaming, e-commerce and gaming with its sublease of 36,000 square feet of office space in the West Hollywood, California area.

Janet Ray represented the Sublandlord in the leasing of three surplus space properties located in El Cajon, Trabuco Canyon and Ventura, California to a national single price point retailer. The size of the subleased spaces ranged from approximately 12,000 to 8,800 square feet.
