Rich started his practice at Allen Matkins before joining Shoreline. With more than 20 years of experience as a real estate lawyer, Rich has represented clients in nearly every aspect of real estate. Rich employs a hands-on approach and understands the marketplace underpinnings of sophisticated real estate transactions.
