Overview
Mike is a seasoned real estate attorney with extensive experience advising owners, investors, developers, and tenants in complex real estate transactions. His practice focuses primarily on commercial leasing and the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties. Drawing on both in-house and private practice experience, Mike delivers practical, business-oriented advice and strategic guidance to efficiently navigate sophisticated real estate transactions.
Before joining Shoreline, Mike was a senior member of the legal team at Kilroy Realty Corporation, a publicly traded REIT, where he oversaw all aspects of the company’s real estate legal function, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, operations and litigation. Prior to Kilroy, Mike was a partner at Elkins Kalt Weintraub Rueben Gartside LLP.
